Dinner w/friends in FLL

Casey had a work trip in S.Fla. Lauren also came down, to help Casey, and may learned a thing or two. :) They both met up with friends for a very nice dinner in Lauderdale By The Sea. So nice!

Summer Rooftop Exhibit at The Met

One of Casey's favorite things to do in NYC is visit the Metropolitan Museum during the summer. The Rooftop has amazing views and a different exhibit each year. This year it was by Roxy Paine and can only be described as huge metallic tree branches all over the place. Very cool!

Sandy Hook

Duncan & Casey love Sandy Hook, NJ! They jumped on the ferry and had lunch and got some sun. Beautiful day!

Visit to Jacksonville, FL

The Simmonses made a trip to Jacksonville to see Ami & Mark Grek and Stephanie & West Goodwin. Ami & Stephanie are 2 of Casey's best friends from childhood. The trip was very special because they not only got to visit with Peyton (Goodwin), but also meet Adolyn Grek (4mo.) and the Goodwin twins Blaine & Tanner (2mo.). And, Casey's Mom came over for the day! We all had a nice BBQ by the pool at the Greks. What a great weekend!

Coney Island

The Village Voice hosts a music fest- called Siren- every year on Coney Island. C & D headed over to check it out. And, of course had to have a hot dog & ride the cyclone! (Sooo scary)

Jael's Birthday

Everyone helped Jael ring in her 35th with Chinese food and cupcakes. Happy Birthday, Jael!
